Why are you at ACTIA IME/ What is your job?
My role within the company is team leader for product development. This includes prioritizing and coordinating the developers' tasks as well as supporting employees.
What do you like about working here?
We have the capabilities of a large corporation with the flexibility of a small company and thus combine the advantages of both worlds. In addition, everyone here works together.
Why are you at ACTIA IME/ What is your job?
I am responsible for quality and environmental management and my core tasks are maintaining the company's certification, providing internal information and being the contact person for colleagues for process questions.
What do you like about working here?
Among other things, I like the flexible working hours and the (short-term) option to work from home. I also like the short, quick coordination channels thanks to our flat hierarchies and the help across all departments. ACTIA IME also offers the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to the company.
What apprenticeship are you doing at ACTIA IME?
Since August 2024, I have been doing my apprenticeship as a personnel services clerk at ACTIA IME. It gives me the chance to get a taste of all areas of HR.
What do you like about working for us?
I really appreciate the variety and diversity in the HR department at ACTIA. The different tasks always make the work exciting. I particularly enjoy working with my colleagues, who are always ready to help.
Why are you at ACTIA IME/ What is your job?
As a key account manager, I look after the company's major customers at home and abroad. I am the contact person for customer concerns, but at the same time I also take care of the development and expansion of business activities. The topic of customer satisfaction also falls within my area of responsibility.
What do you like about working here?
I particularly like the international environment and working with customers. The mood among colleagues also contributes to a pleasant working atmosphere. Flat hierarchies and communication at eye level, even at an international level, make work easier.
