ACTIA's vehicle electronic architecture
ACTIA develops architectures based on specifications and can also offer platforms that allow each customer to make changes to their vehicle architectures.
ACTIA’s area of expertise for over 30 years has been focused on adapting complex systems and architectures to the challenging environment of commercial and industrial vehicles. This command of vehicle architecture (conventional or multiplexed architecture) guarantees an overall system approach to the design of vehicle functions and systems.
As with each of the modules designed and manufactured by ACTIA, electronic architectures for vehicles meet the life cycle requirements for harsh environments.
Our Solutions
ActiGRAF tools suite
ACTIA designs Multiplexed Vehicle Architectures with the programming tools suite ActiGRAF dedicated to ActiMUX system.
The programming tools chain ActiGRAF cover the whole life cycle of the vehicle:
- VEA specification.
- Application programming in PLC language.
- Graphical User Interface definition.
- Simulation, Test and validation.
- EOL Downloading and after-market solution.
- Assistance and support.
ACTIA offers training and assistance for engineers and technicians in charge of the Vehicle Electric Architecture. Training sessions are regularly set up in order to support customer to realize their project.
ActiMUX SYSTEM
ACTIA’s third generation of generic multiplexed system dedicated to truck and bus electrical architectures.
ActiMUX system provides a flexible solution to market demands and system evolutions.
Software version management:
- Design of the E/E Architecture
- Design of the functional S/w (Chassis/Body/MMI)
- Code generator
- Downloader of applications and wiring versions
- Diagnostic of Actimux architecture
- PLC language (IEC 61131)
