Product development process
At ACTIA IME, we pay attention to user-centred design and develop our products according to the human-centred design process and design thinking approaches. It is important to us to understand how products or services can be designed in a more user-centred way.
The user-centred design process is defined in DIN EN ISO 9241-210 as a process for designing usable interactive systems. Each step is based on the user and their needs.
