Our team has more than 25 years of experience in OEM diagnostics. We offer you a comprehensive range of services as package of technologies, tools and services around the diagnostic development life cycle.
We develop complete and reliable diagnostic solutions for cars, trucks and other commercial and off-highway vehicles. We accompany your diagnostic development professionally from the first device carriers or simulations through all development stages to the SOP and along the entire life cycle in after sales.
Our own VEFK structure enables us to carry out diagnostic tasks on electric and hybrid vehicles too.
Our area of responsibility also includes all intelligent assistance systems (ADAS), such as PreSafe and collision protection, 360° camera systems and Night View or lane departure warning systems.
ACTIA’S engineering portfolio also includes the latest drive units, such as hybrid engines, electric drives and hydrogen drives.

ASAM MCD-3 D DIAGNOSTIC KERNEL – D-SERVER
- ACTIA has been a member of ASAM e.V. for many years and has worked in some projects with and on MCD-3 D diagnostic kernels (also called MVCI kernel, D-Server or ASAM server).
- With our own ASAM MCD-3 D Kernel we close a gap in our diagnostic stack and make our software fit for ODX and OTX.

CAN (FD) RESPONDER
The CAN Responder is a developer toolset for testing diagnostic communication at the protocol level. It can be used to display simple vehicle simulations at CAN and K-Line level. The response to messages is processed with performance through several parallel threads.
The special feature of the CAN Responder is that it runs on one of our VCIs and responds to the messages via its OBD interface.
The CAN Responder can be controlled remotely via HTTP requests.
Other modules in the toolset are:
- sequencer for processing a given sequence that can manipulate a message,
- CAN and K-Line Sniffer,
- DoIP Responder.
