ACTIA I+ME BECOMES ACTIA IME


Our new company name is from now on:

ACTIA IME GmbH

The changes associated with the change of name have no effect on existing contracts. Company data such as address, bank details, commercial register number and tax number also remain unchanged. We kindly ask you to use the new company name in our business correspondence from now on and to adjust your master data accordingly.

Another change concerns our management. Also with immediate effect

Mr. Maik Luschtinetz

will take over the sole chairmanship of the management as Managing Director.
